Responsibilities:



  • Marketing and selling Medicaid products

  • Educating clients on how products work

  • Hosting and planning health fairs to increase exposure of our organization in the market

  • Enrolling customers into Medicaid products

  • Conducting presentations to various groups

  • Supervising a team of Marketing Representatives who perform all of the duties above

  • Coaching and motivating staff members

Requirements

Required qualifications include:


  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 3+ yearsExperience enrolling members into government sponsored programs

  • A background in the healthcare industry

  • Experience marketing government sponsored programs

  • Experience supervising, coaching and mentoring a team

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

 

Preferred qualifications include:


  • Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English

  • A license to sell health and life insurance

  • Business development experience

  • Spanish a plus.
