- Marketing and selling Medicaid products
- Educating clients on how products work
- Hosting and planning health fairs to increase exposure of our organization in the market
- Enrolling customers into Medicaid products
- Conducting presentations to various groups
- Supervising a team of Marketing Representatives who perform all of the duties above
- Coaching and motivating staff members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ yearsExperience enrolling members into government sponsored programs
- A background in the healthcare industry
- Experience marketing government sponsored programs
- Experience supervising, coaching and mentoring a team
- MS Office proficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Fluency in Spanish, in addition to English
- A license to sell health and life insurance
- Business development experience
- Spanish a plus.
