Key responsibilities include:
* Providing direct supervision of resident care staff
* Conducting associate performance evaluations and coaching/counseling associates
* Monitoring staff in administration of medication
* Observing residents' health statuses, taking actions to address concerns, and reporting all significant changes
* Creating weekly and monthly reports as well as schedules etc.
* Supporting the Health and Wellness Director



We seek the following qualifications:
* Current Practical Nursing Licensure in the state of MI
* Two (2) years of supervisory nursing experience in a long-term care setting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, and ability to work well with a team
* Proficiency with computers, computer software, and typing
* Flexibility with schedule
* Must enjoy working with the senior population
