Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As an assistant store manager, you are responsible to effectively and independently run shifts while providing an outstanding experience to our customers.
Responsible to be at assigned workstation in full uniform and ready to begin work at scheduled time.
Completes all daily and weekly store paperwork including, Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), inventory and labor breakdown reports.
Must be able to drive to the bank to purchase change and pick up deposit bags.
Places and receives food and beverage orders.
Trains team members in all positions in the store.
Assists the Store Manager with team member orientations.
May supervise and operate the store independently in the absence of the Store Manager for prolonged periods of time. (e.g. vacations, etc.)
Train and prepare to move to next available store manager position within the market.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises up to 7 employees on the shift.
May supervise a Shift Supervisor who has direct reports.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies.
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
1-2 years previous supervisory or Quick Service Restaurant management experience
Able to pass a criminal background and credit history check
Possess basic reading, math, and computer skills, including MS Office Programs and POS
Able to stand on a hard surface for a long period of time, bend, stoop, and kneel and regularly lift/move 25-30 lbs.
18 or older
possess a valid driver's license and transportation
