JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone to be our very own “Wendy”!

The perfect candidate for this job will be a high-energy person who wants to be part of the Dave Thomas Legacy. You will dress as Wendy and give outstanding customer service to our guests. We want someone who will easily start conversations with guests and can light up the room with their smile. Of course, you must have a friendly personality and get along well with children.

This job is all about making a guest feel welcome and giving them a "Disney experience" that they will never forget!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gives outstanding customer service to guests
• Opens doors for customers
• Hands out balloons to younger guests
• Carry a tray and distribute samples to guests
• Stand outside the restaurant and invite guests to come inside
• Carry on conversations with guests

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 16 years old (under 18 requires working papers)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Fluent English-speaking and writing skills
• Willingness to work on your feet
• Up-beat and engaging personality
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
• Guest-friendly demeanor, to serve with a SMILE
• Ability to memorize menu and answer questions about our products
