CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Mendota Heights, MN

Responsible for communicating with potential Customers by phone/chat to introduce Company products and services.

Principal Responsibilities
-Communicate with potential Customers via outbound phone calls or inbound chats from visitors on the Client website to solicit orders and quote proces to persuade Customers to buy Client products or services.
-Explain services and special promotions to customers adhering to script and Company, Client, government regulations.
-Upsell and/or cross-sell products or services to customers where appropriate.
-Complete appropriate paperwork and record necessary Customer sales information at time of sale.
-Document status of all calls indicating leads generated or leads which could not be pursued due to either disconnected phone numbers or lack of interest.
-May be required to meet specified sales per hour goals and conversions per hour set by the Client while maintaining quality standards and adherence to Client requirements.
-Participate in projects, duties, and other tasks assigned by management.
-Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations relating to job duties.
-Knowledge, understanding, and compliance with the Company's policies and procedures.
-Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
-Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
-Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate required.
-College degree, or progress towards a degree, desired.
-Previous telesales experience preferred.
-Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
-Basic computer skills.
-Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
-Ability to accurately type 50+ words per minute preferred.
-Ability to work in a team fostered environment.
-Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
-Ability to prioritize and organize work.
-Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule.
