Pay Rate
Up to $12.00 per hour. As an employee of Integrity Staffing you may also be eligible for medical and dental benefits.

Shift Schedule
Shift schedules vary and you may be required to work 40+ hours per week. Shift scheduling options might include day shifts and night shifts and may change without notice.

Job Duration
Integrity Staffing places qualified candidates to work on assignments at Amazon Warehouses on a temporary basis. Assignments vary in length. There is no guarantee to the length of the assignment. Length of employment is based on client’s business needs which can change.

Job Duties- General Description

A Fulfillment Specialist performs various manual labor tasks including, but not limited to box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, tape/dunnage, shipping /receiving, palletizing product, manually load trailers and replenishing. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible to maintain accuracy, quality, and meet or exceed productivity quotas while performing these tasks.

Basic Requirements

-Must be at least 18 years old
-Must provide proof of right to work in the US
-Maintain quality standards as required by the management team.
-Meet productivity requirements as required.
-Ability to operate manual and electric material handling equipment such as hand jacks.
-Ability to work overtime as needed.
-Maintain an exceptionally clean and safe working environment.
-Perform other duties as assigned.
-Must have proof of high school education or GED.
-Continuous walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and handling in a warehouse environment.
-Ability to select orders and replenish stock.
-Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to customer orders, bill of lading, manifest, packing lists, stock receipts, and customer labels.
-Must possess organizational and problem solving skills.
-Experience in the use of computerized inventory controls systems.
-Communicates with supervisors, associates, and forklift operators.

Department Descriptions

Induction Dept: Associates working in Induction will be responsible for box assembly, printing and placing the customer packing slip and shipping label on each box. They will also be responsible for order accuracy and verification using a scanner and computer. These associates will be required to stand and walk for a full 10 hour shift. Bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. is required.
Picking Dept: This is not your typical picking position. Associates are NOT required to walk in this position. Associates working here will pick items from a shelving unit that is brought to them on a pod by a robot. The associate will then place the items in the customer’s box and continue to do so until the order is complete. Associates working in this position will be required to stand for up to 10 hours, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. Associates will also be required to use a scanner and interact with a computer when filling customer orders.
T&D Dept: The sortation process is made of 3 positions working as a team. Associates will work hand in hand to ensure the customer’s order is packaged and shipped with accuracy and care. Associates working in sortation will scan customer orders for accuracy, place packing materials in the package, tape and seal boxes using and automated taping machine and place shipping box for final scan and processing. Associates working in these positions will be required to stand for up to 12 hours while, bending, lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs.
Shipping Dept: Associates working in ship dock will be responsible for loading shipments from the conveyor line to the trucks. These associates will be standing and walking for up to 10 hours and will be required to lift up to 50 lbs. Associates working in Ship dock will be responsible for shipment accuracy as well. Associates on the dock will be required to interact with pallet jacks and other automated equipment. Working on the dock will also require bending, kneeling, lifting, walking and standing.
Utility Dept: Associates working in this department will spend the majority of their day walking. They can walk up to 20 miles per day. This function involves lifting empty cardboard boxes onto a cart and wheeling them around the warehouse using a pallet jack to the cardboard baler. Lifting, walking, bending and kneeling are required for the position.
Prep Dept: Associates working in the Prep department are responsible for preparing vendor shipments to be stowed and processed throughout the warehouse. Prep associates will stand or walk for up to 10 hours a day. The prep associates will open boxes, unpack, sort and stretch wrap orders. Associates working in prep will be required to bend, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.
