Summary

As the Account Training Manager, you will be responsible to help drive sales and training initiatives for the assigned client programs in Call Centers. While specific duties will vary based on the program and the specific challenges during the month, this position partners directly with the Partner Account Manager, our Partners and their employees, coaches, supervisors, and senior management on behalf of our client. The measure of success is the ability to positively impact sales through effective trainings; both side by side as well as classroom style. The position is responsible for driving sales results through hands-on management of teams, objectives, trainings and through close coordination with peer management and support teams.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with Sr Partner Account Manager, client leaders, and Field Team to identify gaps in performance within centers and field team.

Confer with business leaders, client leaders, and client teams to identify training needs based on program metrics, staffing levels, and other key client initiatives.

Analyze training needs, to develop new training or modify and improve existing training in partnership with clients. Deliver training in classroom.

Partner with Field Team to provide support for all training and to better evaluate learning progress.

Educate Partner Associates and Management on how to sell the client's products and services by directly interacting with their employees, customers and via informal (side-by-side) and formal (classroom) trainings.

Training of Sales team in areas of call center relationship building, product knowledge, and selling skills.

Through data analysis and field visits, make suggestions and develop strategies to drive and increase KPI execution in Call Centers.

Assist Sr Partner Account Manager with building visit schedules, daily recaps, Incentive budget & strategy, weekly reporting, and recruiting assistance.

In times of Partner Account Manager absence help conduct and lead conference calls and team deliverables.

Position Requirements



Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Training roles.

High School diploma required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Excellent written communication and verbal communication skills.

Excellent customer service orientation.

Good interpersonal skills.

Strong prioritization skills.

Skill in supervising to include delegating responsibility, training and evaluating performance.

Conflict management skills.

Ability to complete multiple duties with accuracy shifting from one to another with frequent interruptions and competing deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications: The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.

(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business

3-5 years of experience in Sales and Training.

Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work may be performed in an office or warehouse environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, or climb. May have possible exposure to dust, and may require the ability to lift and/or push up to 35 pounds 33% - 66% of the time.
