As a Director of Sales, you will introduce our premier Assisted Living Community concept and service array to potential residents and their families, illustrating a quality of life and security they might not have thought possible. You will educate future residents on available options in the process of listening to and understanding their needs. You will collaborate with an experienced sales team as a key contributor, making measurable contributions to the success of the business through revenue growth. You will also have a direct hand in training and supervising new team members as they gain experience on the Sunrise sales team. Job requirements * Proven track record in leveraging applied technology, superlative communication, interpersonal skills, and your deeply ingrained passion for seniors to close major sales * Previous sales experience in identifying and building local relationships to drive business into the community * Demonstrated experience with healthcare admissions or in an independent/assisted living setting preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to facilitate small-group presentations * Proven ability to effectively handle multiple priorities * Schedule flexibility to work weekends and evenings as necessary * Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new applications http://events.brazencareerist.com/senior-living-leadership-summit/
