Assembly Operator - Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs repetitive bench or line assembly operations to mass produce water faucet and other plumbing products
• Place parts in specified order to assemble units
• Bolts, clips, screws, cements and otherwise fastens part together
• Tends machines, such as straight-line drivers, to perform force fitting or fastening operations on assembly line and water testers.
• Works at different work stations as production needs require performing various tests which can vary based on the model type
• Work independently at a set pace, meeting production standards/requirements
• Visualize product defects to ensure quality control standards are met
• Perform visual, in-process and final inspection of parts
• Complete appropriate checklists & production logs
• Read, comprehend and follow operator’s guide and work instructions
• Trim and package parts according to company standards
• Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalency preferred but not required.
• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required – we provide paid training!

Required Skills/Competencies:

• Must have the ability to stand for the duration of their shift, typically 8-12 hours
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be comfortable wearing required personal protective/safety gear (including safety glasses and work gloves)
• Ability to read and comprehend operator instructions
• Effective communication skills
• Basic math skills; including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
• Must be team oriented and self-directing
• Must have a strong commitment to quality, safety and communication
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test

Pay and Benefits:

• Earn $9.20 (nights) per hour
