IICRC Certified WRT and ASD Restoration Technician
Xactimate Knowledge
SERVPRO would like to hire you for a position in our restoration service production team. The new hire will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. To be successful in this position, good customer service skills, mathematical skills, and a working knowledge of construction are required.
This is a full-time position. We offer paid time off, health insurance, and dental and vision insurance to our employees. We rotate after hours calls weekly and offer incentives for emergency service calls. Our team is highly organized, efficient, and hard-working.
Minimum Requirements:
A minimum 5 years industry experience as a Lead Restoration Technician with IICRC certification of WRT and/or ASD
Computer Knowledge with experience using Excel
Valid Drivers License
Applicants must have the ability to lift 75 pounds or more, have excellent customer service skills, and experience working with tools and machinery.
Clean driving and criminal record required for position.
Perform production services as assigned and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met. Support Crew Chief and other production personnel as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas as needed.
Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations.
Comply with safety policies as outlined in the Safety Manual. Utilize cleaning products, mechanical equipment, and personal protective equipment properly. Maintain a clean, safe work area.
