A well-established company in Cedar Rapids, Iowa is NOW HIRING Customer Service Representatives to join their team!
Help Center Representatives will be taking inbound calls for Software Programs. They will complete a number of different tasks such as consolidating accounts, escalating/directing calls to other departments, completing credit card updates, helping with login issues, answering billing questions, and placing product orders for customers. Most calls are regarding E-Files, Tax Support and login information.
Job duties include:
- Escalating/directing calls to other departments
- Completing credit card updates
- Helping with login issues
- Answering billing questions
- Placing product orders for customers
Candidates MUST:
- Be familiar with social media networks
- Previous call center experience (1+ years)
- Previous customer service experience (1+ years)
- Have a confident and positive personality
- Be able to work between the hours of 7am-9pm Monday-Friday, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 10am-5pm
- Will work one weekend day each week
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week and up to 60 hours per week (overtime is Time and a Half)
