About this job

Aerotek is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work in a retail call center. CSR employees will be making outbound calls to customers updating them on delivery times/delays, receiving inbound calls handling a variety of customer service issues, uploading warranty photos and writing responding to emails received from the website.

Candidates need to be experienced handling high call volume within a call center and have the ability to speak with irate customers and deescalate calls.

All candidates need to be able to work a 2nd shift and be able to work weekends including both Saturday and Sundays.

All candidates also must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
