Job Description:
- Handle inbound call
- Submit rate changes and reimbursements on an excel spreadsheeds
- Enroll, cancel, and update customers accounts
- Support sales reps in opening new accounts and upgrading service on existing customers
- Quickly and effectively solve customer service related issues
- Maintain quality control/customer satisfaction
- Maintain customers accounts utilizing an excel spread sheet
Qualifications:
- Prior call center/csr experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Excel proficient
