Quickbooks Payroll Specialist/Payroll Specialist
Looking for a Payroll Specialist to join small team
Experienced in payroll;
Including processing and entering data,
Updating payroll records for exemptions,
Insurance coverage,
Calculating employee federal and state income and social security taxes,
Employer's social security, unemployment and workers compensation payments, on-line transfer of payroll taxes
Preparing quarterly and year-end standard payroll documents
Must be advanced with QuickBooks Payroll Software
Must be advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word Software
Must be familiar with accounting methods using QuickBooks accounting software
Must have great organizational skills
Must have great attention to detail.
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be personable
Must be able to communicate with others
Must have great attention to detail
Must pass a criminal background check
