This position will be focused on the dental product but will also give opportunities to become familiar with other ancillary products, ie; vision and financial protection. This new hire will be asked to strengthen the overall Dental product portfolio, customer relationships, and intermediary relationships across Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial markets.
Positions in this function generate forecasts and analyze trends in sales, SG&A, provider performance, product line profitability, membership, medical costs, premium yields, and other areas of business. Researches economic progressions to assist with the organization's financial planning. Presents findings and recommendations to management. May include responsibility for budget planning and analysis.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 1+ year of data reporting and consolidation of data within
academic s or professional experience - Experience applying critical thinking skills for analysis
- Current Microsoft Word (creating documentation) Excel
(pivot tables) and PowerPoint (create basic decks)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Access experience
- SQL experience
- Hyperion Essbase
