Our client which is a large general contractor has an immediate opening for a Healthcare Superientendent / Construction Manager. They perform work in a variety of industries including Healthcare, Industrial & Distribution, Institutional, Office, Resort, and Senior Living. The company is rapidly growing with a stellar reputation in the industry. This position is a direct hire position with excellent benefits, vehicle, gas card, benefits, and 401k. Some of the responsibilities include the following:
Managing all sub-contractors, driving the schedule, managing quality control, communicating effectively with managers and employees, etc. Many of the assignments will be out of town for various lengths of time but Superintendents will have the ability to go home on the weekends.
Most of their projects have a contract value ranging from $5M-$10M and are looking for a Superintendent that has handled projects of that size in the past. In addition, each Superintendent should have at least 2-3 projects within healthcare or industrial work under their belt in order to be considered for the position.
