New Restaurant Opening Trainer-Wings Team Associate

This a HANDS ON field based position that will be responsible for side by side training of new associates during the New Restaurant Opening process as well as day to day work in local restaurants when not deployed to new restaurant openings. This position requires 90% travel.

The Wings Team Associate will manage the business by directing and holding the service and production teams accountable for service and operations excellence, including Steak n Shake procedures, policies and specifications which deliver the highest quality burgers and shakes. The Wings Team Associate needs to be organized, proactive, excellent with time management, work well in a fast-paced environment and have outstanding customer service skills. • 2 + years of restaurant experience
• Experience training others in the restaurant industry / Training Department Experience Preferred
• New Restaurant Opening experience preferred, but not required
• Proven track record of people development and operational improvements.
• Strong service and hospitality focused style
• Demonstrate an ownership mentality, business maturity, and strong industry awareness
• Associates/Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

Must be able to travel via air with 90% of time spent overnight.
