Cook / Food Prep

We are currently seeking an experienced full time and part time cook who have experience in preparing Mexican Food, such as Tacos, Burritos, Tortas, etc. Must be able to provide excellent guest satisfaction, meet service standards, and perform duties in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and cook food according to menu. Must be able to work in a fast pace environment.

~~Duties include:
*Ensures proper food handling procedures are followed wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating and checking temperature of products
*Cooking the exact number of items ordered by each customer while working on several different orders simultaneously.
*Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
*Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
*Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
*Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
*Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking.
*Clean, stock, and restock workstations.
