Assistant Manager Toy Store

We are looking for hardworking, energetic and fun candidates! Primary responsibilities include assisting customers, ringing up purchases, gift wrapping presents, checking in, tagging and displaying product, offering customers gift suggestions, organizing, interacting with children, knowledge of products. We are looking for candidates with excellent customer service skills. Those that are outgoing, personable, friendly, positive and feel comfortable speaking with customers will be given the highest consideration. It is important that the candidate be reliable and dependable and organized. Excellent command of the english language with strong verbal skills, basic math skills and basic computer skills are required.

Additional responsibilities include opening and closing of the store, and supporting the store manager with some clerical tasks and other various responsibilities. Applicant must be able to work at least for about 20-30 hours per week. A daytime shifts, are until 4:00 pm and evening shifts are until 7:00 or 8:00 pm. At least one weekend shift is required. We are a family owned small business where we value our employees. We are serious about what we do, but working at Go Bananas is also fun and exciting. After all, we are in the business of FUN!

Previous retail experience is required.
