Job Description:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Ability to handle multiple incoming lines
  • Knowledge of accounting/accounts receivable, credits, debits and credit cards
  • Assist walk-in customers.
  • Work with account managers and management to insure 1 st class customer service.
  • Actively pursue training opportunities in order to gain additional knowledge and expertise of products, applications and industries.
  • Ability to manage time appropriately and work independently.
  • Actively share ideas and communicate information with all team members with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
  • Must be detail oriented and consistently complete appropriate tasks within process functions.


Job Requirements:
  • Must be able to work professionally with clients, vendors, employees, managers and supervisors
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer competence required (MS Office)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Abilities required:
  • Physical requirements include sitting, standing, walking, bending, and light lifting (typically less than 50 lbs.)
  • Willingness to work within Process Areas to achieve Operational Excellence.
