Senior Business Analyst - Minnetonka, MN - Full-time / Part-time

Use your Sharp Analytical Skill to help us conduct and manage outcomes of various studies which include reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning! Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. Also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Due to United HealthCare increasing scope and participation within the Public Exchange markets for 2015, we will be adding an additional 15 states to the already existing 11 state exchanges (total of 26 state exchanges for 2015). You will aid in the management of onboarding activities and the ongoing file management/issue resolution process associated with United HealthCare?s Health Care Exchange Data Integration Layer.

Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or related field or HS Diploma/GED and 4+ years additional equivalent experience.
• 4+ year of experience in business/finance analysis.
• Proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
• Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures.
