Primary Responsibilities:
  • Distribute information to the team, schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Pull information from the que and pass cases to the clinical staff members.
  • Work in excel spreadsheets to provide member data to the clinical team.
  • Initiate meetings and take meeting minutes.
  • Communicate telephonically to members of the team about various deliverables.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Must be able to work from home in the designated areas.
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
  • Must be able to utilize Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry.
  • Working knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate with staff and providers
  • 1+ years of professional experience in Clerical or Administrative support related roles.
  • Must be able to utilize Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working within the Healthcare Industry.
  • Experience working with Healthcare Insurance.
  • Experience working in a Hospital, Physician's Office, or Medical Clinical setting.
  • Experience working with Medicare and/or Medicaid services.
  • Experience working in a Call Center environment.
  • Bilingual.
