MANPOWER HAS AN IMMEDIATE NEED FOR SEVERAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN THE CLEARWATER/ST. PETERSBURG, FL AREA.
Job Description:
Interact with customers via telephone and assist customers with roadside assistance related issues. Dispatch appropriate services according to circumstances.
Work Environment & Dress Code: Call Center, sitting for 8+ hours. Business casual dress code.
Days & Hours: Various full time shifts between Sunday and Saturday, 40 hours per week/5 days per week.
Pay: $9.25 - $10.50 / hr., depending on experience, Perm = $11.97 / hr.
Requirements:
-Must have at least a High School Diploma or GED.
-Must have at least six months' experience in retail, customer service, or call center work
-Must have good communication skills
-Must have good computer skills and accurate typing skills
-Must be flexible to work at least one day out of the weekend
