About this job

Administrative Assistant is expected to perform a variety of clerical

and administrative duties. The Administrative Assistant is expected to

answer phones, complete administrative duties including accounts payable

and accounts receivable and assist and support other staff members with

clerical tasks, in order to provide the highest quality service to clients.

Primary

Answer each incoming call in a friendly, professional and

knowledgeable manner

• Field new client inquiries over the phone in a knowledgeable

manner and schedule service call

• Assist with processing client invoices and CAREGiver

payroll

• Enter new CAREGivers and maintain existing CAREGivers

• Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records
Communicate client and CAREGiver concerns or problems

with owner or other staff members as appropriate

Secondary

• Assist with making reference calls on prospective

CAREGivers in a timely manner

• Process criminal background, APS and DMV checks and other pre-hire assessments

• Field employment inquiries from prospective CAREGivers

and arrange for application process as needed

Participate in quarterly CAREGiver meetings

Skills:
Previous Experience working in a physicians office, healthcare setting, billing office, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Analytical Thinker
Computer Literate
Dependable and Reliable worker

Education:
High School Diploma
Associates Degree Preferred in business, or healthcare
CPR certification or willing to obtain within the first month of hire
