Assembly

The purpose of this job is to satisfy customer requirements by performing machine operations, job set-ups, assembly processes and helping to ensure all operations are at peak efficiency with Customer and the quality management system standards required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure good quality of produced parts.


- Inform management of potential problems.

- Maintain a safe and clean workstation.

- Maintain or exceed production standards as set by the Company.

- Promote a fair and consistent work environment that promotes mutual respect.

- Other responsibilities may be assigned


Candidates will pass through a go to work interview then they will have to complete a drug screen and background check and pass Non-management Selection Process.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.


REASONING ABILITY: Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and the ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
