Aerotek is currently Hiring Inbound Agent Support and Processing Representatives for a rapidly growing insurance company in the area. This role would include both on-phone work as well as processing and email follow up. This is a professional role that would allow for career advancement as well as competitive pay and strong benefit options.
This role is 1st shift M-F with occasional Saturdays.
Requirements:
6-12 months + of previous Customer Service
Strong communication skills - verbal and written
Highly reliable and good record of attendance
Min 1 year of office experience
