Logistics Coordinators - Full-time / Part-time

Duties include booking and tracking all premium expedited shipments in a timely and professional manner, as well as coordinating all moves associated with the shipment per the Customer's requirements, while maintaining quality customer service.

You will speak with customers when they have needs for shipping freight. You will work with that customer to figure out the fastest and cheapest way for the items to be shipped. Constant communication is needed to the customer, to have quality customer service and follow up.

Requirements:
problem solving, critical thinking, and outside the box thinking are all involved. This person needs to have the business oriented mind to be able to solve problems, and come up with solutions as they arise. The employee will be trained in all of the logistics knowledge and strategies. But the ability to think outside the box, and aggressive attitude is a must have.


It is important that a high level of customer service is always maintained. The candidates must also have a good sense of paying close attention to detail. In logistics small things matter, and little details are very important.
