We're looking for unique talent that contributes to the overall success of our company, while maintaining personal accountability and innovative thinking. We are seeking to fill multiple openings for CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORS and key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Promptly acknowledging customers by greeting them as they enter the wash location.
-Presenting options based on customers expressed needs in caring for their vehicle.
-Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance goals and standards. -Effectively addressing customer comments and concerns.
-Functioning as an effective team member and provide top notch customer service. -Providing customers with explanation of the services being performed on their vehicles. -Delivering an exceptional experience by educating customers on the service benefits.
-Consistently providing a clean and top of the line location for our customers to clean their vehicles.
This is an outdoor job so please keep in mind it is HOT in the summer and COLD in the winter.
This is an entry-level, fast paced, multi-tasking, customer focused position. Car Wash Advisors can enjoy working in many different positions. The pay is above average with bonus incentive programs available after 90 days.
