Alterations/Tailor Shop - Columbus Racks - Full-time / Part-time

• Easton Market Rack
• Sun Center Rack

During the holiday months it is necessary that our seasonal employees are flexible in the shifts that they work. To be considered for employment it is required that you do not have significant limitations to your schedule during the holiday months.

A day in the life…
Working at the Rack is a team sport, and as a member of our alterations team, you’ll…

• Complete alterations/tailoring following Nordstrom guidelines, service and quality standards
• Strive to meet department, store and individual productivity goals while following proper processes and procedures
• Use your top-notch sewing, organizational and prioritization skills to ensure items are completed by date promised
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide an outstanding experience for every customer

You own this if you...

• Have a high school diploma, or equivalent, preferred
• Have alterations experience and are all about accountability, accuracy, initiative and having a high level of ownership
• Appreciate the artistry and expertise behind making adjustments that result in the correct fit
• Have solid written and verbal skills, as well as strong attention to details—you always measure twice and cut once
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment thanks to your strong organizational skills, follow-through and ability to juggle competing priorities
