Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with care activities
* Supervising Wellness Department employees in providing day-to-day care
* Providing information, resources and advice for residents to enhance quality of life
* Responding to resident emergencies and arranging for appropriate medical attention
We seek the following qualifications:
* Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions
* Current Practical Nursing Licensure in the state of WA
* Previous nursing experience preferred but not required--New graduates welcome to apply!
* Ability to effectively communicate with resident, families, staff, vendors, and the general public
* Must meet all health requirements (including TB) and pass background checks
* Must have compassion for and a desire to work with the elderly
