The Technical Deployment Analyst is responsible for performing software installations and upgrades to customer environments. The Technical Deployment Analyst provides support and customer service throughout the application deployment activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform all application deployment activities for customers during scheduled downtime
  • Complete all post-deployment testing to insure successful application installation
  • Resolve customer questions related to the application deployment
  • Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting all issues reported during deployment process
  • Participates in package acceptance in conjunction with Software Quality, Development and Release Engineering prior to releasing newer application versions
  • Utilize metrics to measure and manage effectiveness of team and individuals
  • Accountable for client satisfaction during software installation and upgrade
  • Primary resource for escalated issues related to the software installation
  • Mentors staff members with less experience
  • Proactive client communications to ensure client satisfaction
  • Replication, documentation and prioritization of software defects identified during software deployment
  • Analyzes and investigates.
  • Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Associates Degree
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Service within the Healthcare Industry
  • 1+ years experience as a network analyst, programmer, DBA or System Administrator
  • Work Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Assets:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree a plus
  • Any background in relational database is preferred, such as Microsoft SQL or Oracle
