Primary Responsibilities:



  • Positions in this function are responsible for
    providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers,
    and/or providers
  • Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and
    resolve a wide variety of inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer service inquiries which could include
    Respond to complex customer call

Prairie, MN



Requirements

Requirements:



  • High School diploma or GED
    required
  • 1+ years of healthcare call
    center experience
  • Beginner level of proficiency
    with Microsoft Word and Excel required


Assets:



  • College degree (bachelor's
    degree) is preferred
  • Claim processing or medical
    coding experience is preferred
  • Call center environment
    experience is preferred
  • Experience with medical
    terminology is preferred
  • Behavioral Health experience is
    preferred
  • Basic Proficiency with
    Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio are preferred 


Requirements and Work Environment:



  • Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting,
    use of hands or fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling other objects,
    long periods working at a computer
  • Service center environment with moderate noise level
    due to Representatives talking, computers, printers, and floor
    activity
