On-Call Service Supervisor - Work Mostly from Home
The world’s trusted source of non-medical services and home care for seniors seeks an individual to oversee our on-call operations. Responsibilities include client schedule management as well as maintaining on-call status for all aspects of our business. Reliability, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to serve our senior population a must!
On-Call operations begin at 5PM weekdays and end at 9AM weekday mornings. Weekends are from 5PM Friday until 9AM Monday morning. Must be available to work some holidays. Average number of hours ranges from 20-30 hours per week. Heaviest call volume is from 5PM-11PM and 6AM-9AM. Work one day a week in office (9AM-5PM) either Monday or Friday.
- excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality of information and meet deadlines
- effective interpersonal skills essential as well as sound judgment and good decision-making skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize daily, monthly, and yearly work
- Computer Skills (using both laptop, iphone, tablet)
Qualification:
- Must be able to work in the US
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screening
