Home Decorators Collection is seeking a full-time Stock Supervisor with flexible availability to work at our retail store located at 955 South Rand Rd, Lake Zurich, IL 60047.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eighteen years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
Must pass the pre-employment Drug Test
Must pass the pre-employment Background Check
Must pass other pre-employment tests, if applicable
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Supervise all aspects of the stock room including maintenance, cleanliness and orderliness
- Supervise stock associates
- Promptly and accurately receive and process merchandise shipments
- Assemble furniture/merchandise as appropriate
- Assist customers by loading merchandise into their vehicles as needed
- Assist in physical store inventories
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be eighteen years of age
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education
Must pass the pre-employment Drug Test
Must pass the pre-employment Background Check
Must pass other pre-employment tests, if applicable
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES:
- Six (6) months to one (1)+ year of stock-related experience; merchandise/furniture assembly experience preferred
- Six (6) months to one (1) year of supervisory experience
- Demonstrable customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs from floor to waist height while traveling a distance of approximately 50 feet
- Experience using assembly tools, drills, pallet jacks etc.
- Motivated team player
- Flexible availability to include days, evenings and weekends
