Our CCI Customer Service Center located in Norcross is currently hiring exceptional Customer Service Representatives to trouble shoot and provide service. We need individuals who can provide excellent customer service, have great listening and communication skills, technical aptitude and type a minimum of 30 wpm. This is a full-time position. Top performers maybe selected for long-term positions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:

*Minimum High school diploma or GED required
*Demonstrate reliability and dependability
*Ability to download products / applications using various browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)
*Ability to navigate and locate answers from webpages independently.
*Ability to install / uninstall applications in Windows / MA
*Ability to type using proper grammar at a rate of at least 30 wpm with a minimum accuracy rating of 85%.
*Criminal Background check required.

Preferred:

*Call Center experience, assisting customers with issues via phone, chat and email.
*1(+) year of experience troubleshooting hardware and software
*Ability to enable / disable antivirus, firewall and antispyware
*Proven track record solving complex customer problems utilizing deep customer empathy in conjunction with numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning skills
