Aerotek is currently hiring LICENSED HEALTH AGENTS for a great company here in the Charlotte area.
Will answer calls from pre-qualified/potential members seeking benefit and insurance coverage. Will utilize relationship building and sales skills to increase enrollments.
*Respond to inbound customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment Sales skills/ability that, while mostly structured, may require reliance on conceptual thinking (i.e. "outside-the-box") to create a sale or retention opportunity and positive customer experience
*Conduct effective consultative selling by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the customer's needs, resulting in closed sales as well as increased customer satisfaction.
*Maintain broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training.
*Offers solutions based on properly assessed needs discovered through conversational open/closed-ended probing
*Ability to work professionally within a fast-paced, high-stress production environment
*Comply with all insurance regulatory standards
Monday-Friday
Various Shifts Available
$15-$16 per hour
Bonuses available based on attendance and performance
