Aerotek is looking for Bilingual Call Center Representatives in Plano, TX!
Job Summary: Handling inbound customer service phone calls regarding orders, account information, product questions, compensation plan questions, promotions, incentives, and other customer service related information. Additional responsibilities include miscellaneous projects and assignments as necessary for the department.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Orders
o Processing
o Tracking
o Resolving customer/Distributor order issues (FedEx, Warehouse, Distributor support)
o Verifying order information
o Voiding Orders
- Distributor Accounts
o Verifying account information (volume, compensation, forms received, upline/downline, etc)
o Updating account information (sending/ receiving appropriate documentation as needed)
- Products
o Provide product information (corresponding w/R&D as necessary, referring to online FAQ's/Product pages, emails from management/R&D)
- Website/Microsite
o Assist with online ordering
o Assist with microsite setup/editing
o Assist in finding various information online
- Distributorship
o Enroll
o Provide Compensation Plan information
o Provide initial Distributorship information (website login, verify sponsor, contact phone numbers)
- Department Responsibilities
o Scan documents as required by document retention policy
o Communicate with management to provide solutions on escalated situations
o E-mail information as needed within and outside of the department

*1st & 3rd Mondays and Tuesdays of the Month is close of the pay period for our Distributors and the 2:30 and 3:30 PM shifts stay until midnight.
