Help Center Reps will be taking inbound calls. They will complete a number of different tasks such as consolidating accounts, escalating/directing calls to other departments, completing credit card updates, helping with login issues, answering billing questions, and placing product orders for customers. Most calls are regarding E-Files, Tax Support and login information.

- Candidates need to have a Confident and Positive personality.
- They need to be able to work 7 AM-9 PM M-F, Sat 8 AM -6 PM, Sun 10 AM -5 PM.
- They will work one weekend day each week and potentially both when tax season gets very busy
- Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours a week and up to 60 hours per week (overtime is Time and a Half).
- Peak call flow will be in February - Mid March, where they will be getting most of the overtime.

Job Description:
* Answer to live customer chat requests
* Promptly identify, research and resolve customer request using internal databases
* Project a professional company image through chat interaction
* Provide customers with requested information utilizing standard response database
* Identify and report trends to supervisor
* Successfully manage to multiple chats simultaneously
* Provide email and/or phone support to customers when not responding to chat request
