ArcLight Bethesda is coming to Maryland's Westfield Montgomery Mall this fall! We are now accepting applications for Bartenders. This role is critical to realizing ArcLight's business operations and ArcLight's Purpose which is to create conditions for transformational experiences. Essential Functions and Requirements of this position include:

Possesses excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrates a professional, positive, welcoming, a warm approach
Be at least 21+ for bartending position
Be available to work nights weekends and all recognized holiday periods
Have reliable transportation to work and arrive on time as scheduled
Minimum 1+ years' experience required in a high-volume restaurant environment
Minimum 1+ years' experience required
Bartending certification a plus
Barista experience a plus
Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance including
No visible tattoos below the elbow, on the face or neck, no facial piercings, oral piercings or multiple piercings and must maintain a conservative hairstyle in one natural color
Through meaningful experiences in work, school or volunteer activities, must have demonstrated the ability to:
Work in a demanding, fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and ability to prioritize are required.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills required.

Essential Functions:

In addition to the Standards, other Essential Functions, Abilities and Physical Demands of this position that must be demonstrated include:

Walking, kneeling, crouching, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, squatting and the ability to be on your feet for up to 3 hours at a time.
Reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, lifting (overhead and waist level), gripping, and frequently lifting up to 20 pounds.
Keyboarding, use of phone, manual dexterity and fine motor skills for writing, and operating office equipment
