Machine Operator

We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Machine Operator.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Automation Personnel Services is looking for qualified candidates to work as a Machine Operator.Essential Functions:-Associates will be assisting in the operation of a salvage /converting machine.-Each candidate will be assigned an area to work and will assist that machine operator.-Associates will receive a job assignment that could change daily.-Associates could work in a two or three member team or work alone. Requirements:-Previous experience in operating converting machines is a plus. Some candidates will be operating a sit down forklift and experience is mandatory for those candidates.-Must be able to work and stand for 12 hour shifts and be available 7 days a week!-The shifts work on a revolving schedule, not the standard M - F. They will be working 3 days on and 2 days off (with mandatory overtime required.) -Every employee must have safety training.-Safety (steel toe) shoes are required.Dress Code:-Associates are not allowed to wear shorts.-T-shirts and pants are accepted, no writing or slogans whatsoever. -Steel toe boots or shoes must be worn at all times.-No hanging jewelry or cutoff shirts are allowed.Pay Rate: $10.75 / HourDrug Screen and Background check required.Please contact Automation Personnel Services at (615) 361-8806,Or visit us at 2510 Murfreesboro Road, Suite 4, Nashville, TN 37217Equal Opportunity Employer
