Packaging Lead (Warehouse Lead)

CoWorx Staffing Services is currently seeking a Warehouse Distribution Lead for a great opportunity with one of our leading clients in North Andover, MA. This position will run 1-2 months and require working overtime and weekends. Must be flexible as hours can vary. Pay rate is $12.00-$13.00hr

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Lead you will mainly be responsible for preparing orders for distribution and delegating the work load to others. You will cross train in a variety of other warehouse functions and will work as a team

Other responsibilities of the Shipping Clerk role include:
Picking and packing orders for distribution
Delegating work to Pickers/Packers
Ensuring Quality Control
Acquiring product knowledge
Following all safety procedures

Previous warehouse experience
Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime
Must be comfortable working on your feet for long hours
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to cross train
Willingness to learn new equipment
Ability to exceed productivity standards of 98%
Ability to meet deadlines without use of overtime
Strong proponent of company's safety program
