Job Description

ENGINEER

Responsibilities
•Support day to day production activities to help meet customer product demand.
•React to machinery uptime issues and drive towards permanent, cost effective and long term solutions.
•Assist Manufacturing Process Engineers with implementation of engineering changes and variations from design specifications as well as new program developments.
•Assist in the accomplishment of plant quality objectives.
•Troubleshoot and solve electrical issues
•Improve efficiencies and robustness of machinery.
•Maintain electrical documentation for equipment.
•Update documentation for required changes.
•Design and support for electrical control systems in the manufacturing plant including robotics, networks, motion control, machine automation, and data collection.
•Training, support and hiring of Electrical Trades
•Initiates, develops and pursues capital appropriation projects.

Pay is $30-$39.5!! Shift is 6:30am-4pm M-F!!

REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
•At least 2 years of product manufacturingexperience

•Ability to work on and manage several large projects simultaneously from start to finish with minimal supervision.
•Ability to develop electrical and PLC control systems for optimum machine performance and production rates
•Develop wiring and interconnection diagrams for project installation and Coordinate electrical system installation
•Proficient with Allen Bradley PLC systems and RSLogix 5000 software.
•Experience with servo motion control systems and variable frequency drives.
•Install electrical systems in accordance with NEC
•Experience using AutoCAD
•Ability to Travel 10% of the time
•Willing to work off-shift or weekends as projects dictate
•Team-oriented positive attitude
