Field Service Supervisor

The Field Service Supervisor is responsible for conducting and documenting inspections of designated accounts throughout Southern Illinois. This is a highly mobile position and candidates must be able to travel throughout the region to help lead security teams in conjunction with the Client Services Manager. Full time hours are guaranteed and starting rate is $12/hour and increases to $12.50/hour after 90 days. Specific responsibilities include:
  • Provide site-specific training to new security officers utilizing an approved training plan and operational procedures
  • Inspect and report problems and maintain/deliver equipment as needed
  • Assist in start up of new jobs
  • Assist clients with special requests and provide meaningful feedback on client attitudes
  • Assist with patrolling facility and serving as a general security presence and visible deterrent to crime and rule infractions
  • Detect suspicious activities and watch for criminal acts or rule infractions at or near assigned post which may be a threat to the facility, client or employees at the site


Qualifications
Qualified candidates should be 21 years of age or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED). Candidates must demonstrate a stable work history and pass an extensive background screening which includes, but is not limited to, criminal background checks (local, state, and federal), drug test, aptitude tests, skills assessments, interviews, past employment verification, and a personality profile (behavioral assessment).

We are looking for intelligent, courteous individuals with a friendly attitude, professional demeanor, great customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. Previous supervisory training and experience is preferred.
