Positions
in this function include operating data entry devices to perform a
variety of data entry duties across functions including Claims and
Network Operations. Lead role may include review and verification of
work of lower level employees.




Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processes Teleform Wellness Assessment verifications
  • Processes Outpatient Treatment Report verification
  • Researches eligibility and sends lack of insurance letters to members
  • Returns Wellness Assessments that are illegibleResearches cases that cannot be processed thru eALERT (proprietary system)
  • Performs Houston CAC site barcoding, LINX record management documentation and
    scanning for all departments including Appeals.



Requirements

Required Qualifications:



  • High
    School Diploma or GED is required
  • Experience
    working within a fast paced professional business environment
  • Minimum
    of 1+ year of data entry and clerical experience is required
  • Microsoft
    Office (Basic current proficiency):  Outlook – Email sending and receiving
    experience; Word - updating documents and Excel - updating reports
  • Experience
    utilizing office machines is required (fax, scanners, printers, computers)
  • Available
    to work a full time 40 hours per week schedule

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Healthcare
    industry experience
  • Some
    familiarity with psychiatric and/or medical terminology
  • Demonstrated
    ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability
    to work in a production environment, meeting turnaround times and quality and
    productivity targets.
