ManpowerGroup is currently seeking a Chemical Logistician to help support our client's team in Groton, CT. This is a temporary assignment that will last approximately a year. The pay rate is $35/hr.
Job Description:
*The operation of liquid handling instrumentation for the dilution and distribution of samples in support of chemistry submissions and plate-based screening
*Following established Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to process compounds for long term storage
*Preparing and labeling plates
*Performing run methods using automated liquid handling equipment
*Preparing and shipping plates for delivery to scientists
Requirements:
*Bachelor's Degree in related field
*Previous experience as a laboratory technician preferred
*Ability to use PC, follow standard procedures
*Eager to learn, enthusiastic, optimistic
