About this job


Perform daily maintenance functions on portfolio systems for establishing and maintaining portfolio account's tax lots and cost basis.
Reconcile portfolio accounts. Resolve any differences daily and generate reports as necessary.
Portfolio account performance analysis and maintenance.
Research as necessary and resolve portfolio problems, some of which may be complex.
Maintain files of both confidential and routine materials.
Prepare and distribute printed portfolio information for requests made by authorized personnel.
Maintain supplemental database information and prepare Excel spreadsheets using portfolio data when necessary.
Research, process, and maintain corporate actions/reorganization as necessary and maintain accurate cost basis accordingly.
Perform miscellaneous duties such as prepare price update, generate and distribute reports, make copies, send faxes, order supplies, create new files, maintain files, storage of historical files and maintain files on computer as necessary.

Requirements

Broad knowledge of such fields as advanced accounting, banking, finance, business administration, etc. equivalent to four years of college. Two years of related experience or the equivalent of education and experience.
