Staffmark is currently partnering with a well established, growing and military veteran owned solar company. The Lead Installer will answer to the site superintendent and be responsible for directly overseeing photovoltaic system installation from beginning to end. Individuals with miliatary experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Organize, lead, and train crews to complete projects within established policies and procedures.

Complete projects within timeframes and budgets.

Be capable of installing all photovoltaic system components and electrical equipment.

Conduct commissioning and testing procedures.

Maintain high levels of quality assurance and quality control with an emphasis on crew safety.

Assemble the solar array racking, properly seal all roof penetrations, and install all relative equipment.

Candidates must be able to effectively communicate with Project Managers, Site Superintendents and clients regarding system installation status and operation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions and operational issues.


Qualifications:

More than 1 year of previous solar installation experienced required.

NABCEP certification highly preferred.

Must have electrical experience.

Must be proficient reading blueprints, schematics and one-line diagrams.

Experience complying with OHSA safety requirements and regulations.

Willing to work in extreme environments (hot sun, high places/roofs).

Must have full range or mobility in upper and lower body; ability to work in various positions .

Professional in appearance, with excellent customer service skills.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Requirements:

Candidates must be willing to travel for extended periods of time.

Candidates must authorize a DMV and Criminal History records search.

Candidates must pass a Drug Screening.
