About this job
We have an immediate need for a Construction Assistant Project Manager. Qualified candidates will have a 4 year degree and 3-5 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
- Submitting scheduling from cradle to grave
- Financial projections (experience dealing with project estimation & scheduling)
- Processing charge orders. Will be using Viewpoint, Microsoft Word & Project. Do not require any particular experience with Viewpoint; will be trained on this.
- Helping with the overseeing of the subcontractors.
- Procurement (PO's, reviewing dates)
- Handling submittals, RFI's, subcontracts
This is a full time, direct placement opportunity.
