Part Time Logistics Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, a marine distribution company, is seeking a Part Time Logistics Clerk to work their Miramar facility.

On a day to day basis, this person will be responsible for performing shipping and receiving duties within the warehouse. This includes ensuring accuracy of quantity, part numbers, serial numbers on shipping documents and data entry into Microsoft Excel. This candidate will also be responsible for assisting in the warehouse with moving boxes and doing inventory counts. In addition, candidate will be responsible for making arrangements for pick-up by the carrier and providing customer service.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have previous shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse environment. Previous experience using online shipping programs - UPS, DHL, Federal Express and Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and Outlook) is required. Candidates will need experience with shipping documentation. Candidates must be able to lift 70 lbs consistently. Previous inventory control experience is preferred.

This position is part time from 11 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday - candidates must be available to work this shift.
