Overview:

Customer Service Representatives are responsible for answering incoming customerphone calls related to credit card application requests, account guideline increases and the approval of sales and checks.In addition, theyreview, investigate and determine action to be taken for all data in fraud queues as well as other assigned duties. This position will occasionally work until 3am during the holiday season.Salary will rangefrom $10.00to $12.50 per hour.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Receive incoming and make outgoing calls regarding internet, mail and phoneorders along withcharge verifications
  • Review and update account information as needed
  • Receive incomingphone calls from sales associates and customers requestingnew credit card accounts, increasecurrent account guidelines and approvesales
  • Complete account maintenance including address changes, lost/stolen reports and returned mail
  • Ensure compliance to adverse action
  • Review and investigate credit bureau disputes
  • Review, research and decision credit requests via queues or reports

Skills Summary:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Excellent customer service, communication, problem solving, analytical, decision-making, follow-up, and organizational skills required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications a plus
  • Computer keyboarding and navigational skills required
